I've used bulk [gallon] WD40, cut with varsol. Soak the bits repeatedly, then take the pressure washer. If you can losten the baked on deposit the rest usually blasts off. After I use a Castrol product, super clean to degrease, but be careful, it's a powerful caustic, and will peel the skin off your hands if you don't rinse rt away.
