Marty. A local machinist here in Sandpoint charged me around $400 to build my spacers. This was for the pair, material, labor, including boring and countersinking for the shoulders of the lug studs, but not including the lugs. If you want I can print out the picture and ask him what he would charge to bore and countersink yours. I didn't have mine balanced. I have Buckshot QR78 16s on my 300 with no balance problems. Of course my top end is significantly less in my 300 than yours will be in your 500. Let me know if you want me to check for you. Jerry
