I've already received some email inquiries and if anyone wants to drive out and take a look will try to schedule same, but "I’ll be taking new photos and compiling a better list during the next couple weeks" is what I'd stated and will be doing as promised during the next couple weeks (barring a Spring blizzard!).

I see the biggest problem (outside of having storage space and burning desire to own a bunch of 300 Sweptline stuff) would be transport! Short of hauling w/a long gooseneck hotshot or bigrig 40-45' flat, lot's of lowbed trips! My W-500 rolling chassis w/gutted crewcab sitting on it, along w/a '70 D-200 crewcab pretty well 2/3-3/4 filled a 40' flat deadheading from ME back to PA, and even with careful loading and packing, I'm now offering 2 to 3 times that load! After years of hauling trucks and parts home on a 16' tandem axle trailer, I'd guess at least 5-6 trips, maybe a little less if the tow vehicle is a solid 1 ton dually w/spacious bed and sideboards!

I don't know if this might make it easier or more tempting for anybody, but for partial or even swaps, as I'll be going back to work once the new house gets a little closer to completion, I'd mentioned a "solid daily driver Ford Ranger or Toyota pickup + $250- cash" and let's also add a '98/99 Ford Escort wagon (5spd-no auto) as a want, maybe even a Subaru or equivalent all wheel drive wagon, or decent CJ-5 - any vehicle offered would have to go up on my "sticker" mechanic's lift for appraisal though. Other "wants" I'd consider for partial trades: South bend 10" lathe w/1-3/8" spindle hole (have a nice BIG 16/24x7' SB big enough to swing flywheels, brakedrums, even axle housings I'd add to the trade pot for a nice small 10", a like new backup gen set of at least 5KW (no antiques or Chinese specials), older (prewar best) lever/pump action or single shot rifles and double barrel shotguns (no military or modern "black guns"), 3 pt hitch cat. 1 farm implements - 7' scraper blade, finish/landscape rake, 5' rotary mower, 48" rototiller, decent set of 40,420,430,1010 JD crawler tracks (2-bolt snow pads), complete used stack valve for JD mod. 50/51 backhoe, set of 4-6 8-19.5 bias ply traction tires (radials too if only a couple years old). Now you have an idea of what I'd like, please don't offer any "new projects" though, that's why I want to move my 300's!

Ned Campion from here on the forum came out and looked last year and you might contact (but don't pester him - great guy with a lot on his plate though) him for a gut feeling. Dennis Sherman hauled my '68 W-200 bucket from W. Mass and the yellow '68 W-300 from CT/NY border, also my crawler/loader from upstate NY and tractor down from Quebec (though ME state police grabbed him 1/2 hr from my house, kicked him off the interstate till offloaded, ticketed and fined - for no brakes on 1 axle of a brand new TX trailer - might not want to contact him and remind him, though he's another great and honest guy.)

Years ago I basically would've killed to have found all this stuff together at a fair price, but the transport would've been scary. If you're reasonably close w/a trailer, I'm willing to work with a buyer re. loading and short term secure storage ... but only after full payment, and with a definite final removal date no later than Labor Day '07.

Lookin' forward to chatting w/you, W100Joe, or JDJoe, or ?
