I found two at a boneyard. I sold one, and am installing the other one in the flatfender.
I got a rebuild kit from a MICO distributor.
The MICO brake locks are also sold on ebay too.
Check out the MICO website to learn more, and if you find a used one, they can give you the name of a local place that has the rebuild kits.
