Southern California Military Vehicle Preservation Association (If I got that wrong, someone correct me) Has its big rally at Tower Park, outside Lodi about the third weekend in April. You will lots and lots of O.D. Major swap meet If you are close and want more particualars let me know and I will dig up some info. I'll be there, its the one I don't miss.

I believe that the CA powerwagon guys do a rally about the same time at Hollister. Tends to be Civilian Rigs. Ask and I'm sure someone can get you specifics.
