Your plastic/nylon bushings underneath on the linkage are wore. Any parts store should have them. Get whats left of the old one out and snap the new one in place. You might have to adjust so when you put it into drive its in drive and other gears as well. Becareful when doing this as you may not know what gear you are in for sure.
