Please reread the post Norm. The one truck had only 400 lbs in the bed. I don't believe that is overloaded is it? They wouldn't do anything on that one either. The other 2 trucks were overloaded but AGAIN, So called "cheap" tires did it with no problem for years, I just thought michelins would be better or at least as good.

As far as overloading over manufactures specs. I be willing to bet over 1/2 the forum members who haul their truck are overloaded on their trailers, trucks or tires capacity. Do an axle weight sometime and look in your owners manual if you don't believe me. GCWR (total truck, trailer, cargo, people and fluid weight) on a 3/4 ton with a 360 is 14,000lb. ANYONE hauling 2 vehicles is over that and one would be pushing it.

I'm sorry if I offended anyones brand loyality. I was just voicing my experiences.

Just answer one question, if not a manufacturing problem, why couldn't the Michelins stand up to what all the other tires did? I'm not even including the ones that were not overloaded in that question. Kevin
