I suffered severe migraines for many years that began with neck and shoulder pains. I saw doctors, had MRI's and other tests and tried medications and nothing worked. A year ago, a "pro-vitamin, no medication" friend of mine said I needed to take magnesium and showed my in a health book where it recommended to do so.
I have not had a migraine since and I was sometimes having 2-3 a week!!! I still have minor neck and shoulder pain but not like before and take no other medications.
I'm certain that prayer is what really fixed my problem and I know it will fix yours, it just takes faith.
