I have arthritus in my neck and upper back sometimes my right arm. I've had it since I turned 50 I'm 58 now. I hope I can last to retirement. I take as few pills as I can stand. One thing I use is one of those neck warmers that you stick in the microwave for two minutes. It wraps around your neck and feels terrific while watching tv. You can find them on Amazon and other places. I bought mine in a Mall sometime ago. You might try one. About $40.00. It's just a temporary relief but it helps. I feel for you. The pain never stops and it really drains you of energy. Sometimes I want to end it all.Remember there are a lot of other people a lot worse off than you with their misery's. At least I tell myself that.
