Hi Eric, congratulations on the '54. Concerning tire sizes used on the smaller wheel, read up on Paul Cook's Texas Power Wagon Journal page. Mixing tire and wheel sizes is potentially dangerous. Any idea who the original purchaser was? Some trucks underwent professional upgrading after leaving the Dodge plant. I suspect the mirror was a non-factory, but possibly aftermarket upgrade. These trucks tell a story. Have fun.
