tires do not age well
do a google search on "michelin tire age problems" and read for yourself
the last 4 digits of the dot number on the
sidewall is the week and year of production
some of the articles indicate 6 year max for
removal from service (even if the tire has
never hit the tarmac) so this might be a problem with the surplus 11.00r16 tires
just something to keep in mind
