What do you mean by 435 adapter plate?

I replaced the dead 435 in my 1966 PC500 with an NP540. It was a direct fit, the only difference was the use of the lower mounting hole on the drivers side.

Of course this is a Perkins bellhousing, but it has the same bolt pattern on the tranny side for the NPs used by Dodge.
