50 year old springs can/will be tweaked in one way or another and are probably causing your diff angles to be different. Rear is 6d off horizontal and front is 14d. Front springs probably do have a harder life over time. Not sure on the PW springs, but the spring pin location will affect bending toward the spring eyes(where it meets the frame), thus effecting your pinion angles.
