It's a 2" Deep by 4" tall metal trough that face plates can snap in to for outlets. It can be divided for both power and communications cables, but I will use it for only power and do duplex outlets.

Yes, I started with 400 Amp on the House with 200 to go to the shop, but the cost of the feed wires to go the 350' and the voltage drop caused me to install two meters, so I went with 400 dedicated on the Shop, and left the 400 overkill on the house.
