You can not purchase a headliner for that truck, they are not available from any source. You have to have it made. There are 2 halves that are a mirror image. There are also corner pieces for each back corner of the cab, and, they fit up around the rear window. These have a sharp curve in them and are hard to get formed correctly.
"Ron in Indiana", who posts on this forum, has originals that patterns can be made from.
