'68 W300 PTO shift lever,

I need the PTO shift lever, driveline, carrier bearings, etc. to connect my PTO output shaft to my LU2 winch on my '68 W300. I have a spare 10 bolt PTO for a W300 if anyone needs one. Thanks. JH
