Where the heck have you been?!!? Good to see you post!
There is a Poly Header tab at the top of the page here, at the Dodge Sweptline Forum, at the PWA forum and at the Sweptline forum. Click on any of them and the info is there, there are three types of finishes.
The headers include gaskets and collector flanges, and yes, you just need to hook them up to a tail pipe and muffler.
Muffler types are kind of personal, us geezers like glasspacks...(are they still made???) ha!ha! A nice turbo or "full flow" type would do nicely. I love the "staccato" sound of the Poly so anything that retains that crispness and doesn't resonate into the drivers compartment works for me. If you don't like that sound then an "X" or "H" pipe should be added, however with trans and transfer case, that is not always feasible.
