That is a 1/2 ton WWII military truck.
It looks like it is a winch model, which would have been an open cab. That cab is from a 2wd truck, most likely a 1941.
That truck looks like a parts truck at best to me. Winch frames are a little bit more rare then the non-winch frames, so if the frame is good someone might be interested.
