They have been floating around for a long time. There is a company in MN that does the conversion on all kinds of trucks. In particular, he has been building crew cab 2nd Gen Cummins trucks and 2nd and 3rd series SUVs for a long time. From what I have heard, he is unbelievalble - but very pricy...

I have been wanting to do this for a long time and this may offer just the opportunity!
