You don't really want to be into the engine for more than $5-6000. The transfercase on these are not as good as the pre 93 cast iron NP205 for our uses. If it's a 6 speed...maybe a little more but the auto cannot be made to shift without the whole dash, PCM & likely the rear end, like Mike said.
That said, I'm sure there's lots of parts that could be sold off it.
