Military Cab or Civilian Cab?

I recently purchased a closed cab 1/2 ton WC. The frame number said it should be an open cab. The cab has the screen & fixtures for rear cab window screen, fire extinguisher, map table, and I do not see any obvious evidence of a driver's side fuel filler hole. The windshield is operated by a windshield regulator vice the lock handle which is on my 1/2 ton carryall. Is this a military cab or modified civilian cab? Any thoughts?. Thanks, Ron
