Dodge did make a dual carb-dual exhaust manifold for the long (237,251, 265) block engines. I think Dodge only fitted these to 265 engines in bigger trucks..2 ton range etc. I don't think was available on the truck you bought but might have been retro-fitted later. Maybe the truck is Canadian...they used the long block in many more vehicles than we did in the US.

I would have thought that standard engine in that truck was the 230. If that has a dual carb intake, it would be an aftermarket item and probably would be intake only. Most of the dual exhaust set-ups were custom made.

As for value, the factory 265 manifolds are pretty desireable. They did have tendency to develop cracks. But if in good shape with carbs and linkage, I think it would be worth a few hundred..maybe more.
