can tailgates be reproduced using the "DODGE" name stamped in it or could there be legal ramifications? it is my understanding that after market parts that do not have a licensing agreement with the original maker must be slightly different . ie: no oem names and the dimensions are to be slightly different. any one ever heard of this?
