Without moving everything back (motor mounts, etc.) an electric fan may be your best bet. Be sure that any spacers between the water pump pulley and the fan are removed.
There are several affordable electric fan systems by Be Cool, at Summit Racing, They will slightly increase fuel economy and add horsepower.
