Fleabag here, I used to be a casting foreman for Alcoa and I believe that if your thinking aluminum it could be cast in your garage if you had a near perfect frame to get a good plaster mold from. I will do some thinking and talking to some old Alcoa buddies to see what they think. I could use my frame for a pratice run and if the results look like it might work the we could get a better frame than mine to make the master mold from. Thanks Fleabag!!
