Hello Fleabag here, I too had thought about this subject. I believe that it would not be all that hard to get a plastics injection mold company to do this. I have such a company near me that may be able to do this, and I could contact them about this but the only problem is if they could do it the frame that I have is not perfect and they may need a better example to copy. Let me know if you want me to ask this company if there is anything they may be able to come up with or would you guys even consider putting a hard type plastic frame into your trucks?
