The cams are interchangable, as are darn near everything else.
You won't have J heads unless someone put them on. And the
valve size is NOT 2.02-1.6 unless its a special performance head, or
someone had them installed.
As stated before, if you swap the cams, keep the lifters with each lobe.
Cams are cheap, just buy a new one. Summit has a
store branded Cane Cam for small block chrysler for
$89.00 with the lifters. Might as well change your
chain and gear set while you're at it.
