Offer the guy $250 or $500. If the motor turns over 9 times out of 10 it will start once it gets gas and a new battery. My WC 52 was a $500 wreck when I got it. The winch is the same as the one on the WDX-WM300 models, and the carb the same as the M37. Expect to do cosmetics, wiring and brakes and find all the missing little pieces over time. Tune up parts are available at NAPA, and plenty of manuals around too. The things are very easy to work on.
