It should be a slotted head grub screw that you can remove. the lock should then just pull out, but in practice the square drive tends to rust into the latch mechanism, and since the lock isn't tough if you try and lever it out the square drive pulls off.

if you have the time and facilities remove the door trim panel, loosen the four screws holding the door latch, and soak the whole thing in penetrating oil. Then you can unscrew (or drill out) the locating grubscrew and shift the whole mechanism out far enough to work the square drive out without breaking it.

In an extreme case I've been known to pull out the window and regulator mechanism to get to this stuff without damaging it.
