I got yelled at on this very forum a while back for saying the same thing. Of course I am not known for my diplomacy.
I am at a loss to explain why any company in this day and age does not have a website, a toll-free number, an active (meaning ANSWERED EVERY HOUR OR SO) email account, and the ability to take credit cards.
They're not living in 1973, they're living in 2003. Lots of stuff has happened since last year. They need to get on board.
My little business doubled when I got a website. It doubled again when I got a toll-free number. Amazing how some people won't spend a quarter to get a $100 better price.
It quadrupled when I started taking CC's. If the bank is paying, it's easy to order toys.
