No such thing Every manufactorer has his own standard Okla type Texas type etc, yellow is usually left Turn, green is right,brown is trailer marker, brakes depend could be center post on a 6 way or accessory. RV or 7 prong seem to be fairley standart but their is a pin type and a prong. good luck. If you have turn signals you should have brakes except on O3 and up Dodges caused they wired the brake lights on seperate circuits. They are so smart noTTTTTTTTTTT.
