There are places where grade 8 bolts are
inferior. They are more prone to shearing than a grade 5. Front bumper, winch & winch extentions are all places I could see a grade 8 bolt shearing & causing problems...more so than a grade 5 anyway but the cab wouldn't ever be an issue.
Not that I can ever imagine anyway.
