Thanks for the explanation and that makes sense now. Looks like Ebay needs to invest some of that fee money in some techies to police. I've been a little disappointed in the "customer service" Seems they want to make customers jump through hoops and drag everything out when other party is clearly out of line. Thanks again, Kevin
