Ebay scammer is at it again

Now he just listed 360 different things all for $200 starting bid, no reserve, and free shipping: nice tractors, skid-steer loaders, horse trailers, track hoes, excavators, antique guitars, plasma cutters, CNC router, 6 kW generators, etc. The sad thing is a lot of people have bid on some of this stuff.

This time the ebay account is "dibur59", but the email address is still "tomasdeal4u@gmail.com". Please don't get ripped off by this crook. I highly doubt that he's going to sell you a like-new excavator for $200 and deliver it for free.
