Seek professional help and buy their product. There are companies out there that will sell you what you need and let you apply it yourself to save some money. Our aircraft hanger floors are epoxy sealed to provide the look but have just enough grit so you don't go on your butt when wet, and are chemical resistant. The Tennant coating system is widely used but very expensive. There are other less expensive products out there, so do some research.
