We were given a "cleaner" by one of our commercial accounts to clean our concrete floor with. Turned out that it stripped the coating right off the concrete and for many years after we had concrete dust all over everything.
I finally decieded to wash (with a floor buffer) the floor and re-seal it.
I went to Home Lowes(t) store and bought the sealent and applied it after buffing/mopping the floor by hand and several hours of labor. Looked really nice and I was quit proud of myself for doing this job all by myself and having it look so nice.
Then I read the sealent can -- "Kerosene based" --- Since then any spilled gasoline results in an ugly brown stain untill it gets dirty.
So now our floor looks spotted but it has helped keep the concrete dust at bay.
