Seems that enforcing the immigration laws is politically incorrect right now. There is a RI State Trooper that is being sued by the ACLU for asking for IDs from a van load of illegals during a traffic stop. Seems somehow this violated their rights. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't you need to be a citizen to enjoy the rights of our constitution???? Worst thing I see is that the illegals are stealing identities now and they still won't arrest them.
