What you have sounds like a M-1-4 that has had a closed cab off a civvie truck installed. It's a 1/2 ton. The M-2-4 one ton will have 6 lug pattern like a early W300.
BTW, International K series cabs will interchange with Dodge WC cabs, and it will take a keen eye for detail to spot it from a distance. It you ever saw the "Trucks" episode where the put a new floor in a "original" Dodge 1/2 ton WC, you will notice that the cab is actually a IHC K series cab.
