Body lifts for this truck will be just a generic thing for the most part. There isn't much to them nor choices. Summit should have something that would work. Looks like they got something for around $160. That kist is in excess and you will be paying for things you won't be using.
Since you are in there removing all the bolts etc, you probably want to get new body mounts as well. This will probably add an inch just with new mounts.
As far as spring lift kits, you choice again will be limited. Summit has a skyjacker set for almost $900.
Keep in mind that most aftermarket spings that you will be buying for this type of truck will be made by the same company. There are only a few spring places for wide distribution retail. ** There are exceptions.** Another option you may have is if you have a spring company near you, you could have a set custom made for you and will give you the best of both worlds.
