Dodge truck found. Advice sought.

Big Dodge farm truck from the late 1940's. Has one rear dual axle, 20" wheels, cab looks like an old pickup. (same as a PW except for the rounded fenders) Complete cab, but rust everywhere. Homemade flatbed. Engine turns and all accessories present. It looks like it might be a 1.5-ton or a two-ton.

Owner says it might be for sale.

Should I? I know it's a silly question, but what's it worth, ballpark?
