The whole book is available on line. If you can rebuild a power wagon, you can brew your own. I think a starter batch of equiment is about $100, then good stuff costs 35 cents/ bottle, plus about five hours of cooking and a couple weeks of doing the hard part- waiting for the yeasties to do their work. Right nowm I am working overtime- my Fat Tire clone in fermenting while my Berry Hard Cider ages- it takes months do do cider. It may not make it if i keep doing "quality assurance testing"
