You probably got plished and the scammers got your password info. Be VERY careful if you get a notice from EBay saying your account has been compromised. If you go look at "my ebay" the email isn't there. If if in doubt forward the email to spoof@ebay.com or spoof@paypal.com and they can tell you if it is a plish. I fund my paypal account out of a separate savings account that I monitor and just maintain a small balance. DO NOT use your main business account or checking. I've never got much out of Ebay other than canned letters, but I did send them a plish that got them excited when it was Ebay proportedly offering Play Station III's at a low price and free shipping. Unfortuantely I had deleted the plish and could not send them the header for the file.I have also gotten plish attempts saying that I'd sold them something and they were woundering where there item was. Each time they wanted you to sign in to the account. Just deal from My Ebay rather than emails and you should be OK.
