That is when the for sale signs go up around here. Nothing is sad about the snow. A guy bought a nice home a few miles from me this year. When I was talking to him he said does it snow like this all the time? I told him no sometimes it is twice as bad were having it nice right now! He is not happy he is having a hard time getting to his place. He does not have a tractor yet and the snow is getting deeper. This is his first winter and he might not last another one. Mark H.
