Well at least new to me. Working on the 95 Cummins. Got the bearing for the radiator fan drifted back in place, one less thing to buy.
Needed to get the passenger side electric window up. The truck was hit hard left front and all the wiring is pretty much smashed and gone. Got the bright idea to hook a battery to one ground cable to the motor and the positive up to the starter. Then I ran a jumper wire from the pos side around to the fuse panel and energised (sp) the power window spot, sha-zam, windows work!!!
I even shorted out the starter switch wire at the starter and it runs. Bonus.
