Stick with the original axles . I would have done that except the ARb's were not available when I started my project . Like Paul and you I am planning on running the 4bt ,NV4500, 205 combination . I plan on having an extra gear box tucked between the NV4500 and the 205 . This will give me a reduction of 5.33 to 1 . With 4.10 my final crawl ratio would be 122 to one and with 4.56 gears my final ratio would be 136 to 1 top speed at 2 grand would be 77 and 68 MPH .
I have no clue which gears to pick. 60 to 65 top speed sounds fine to me. I could go 4.88 for that matter.
I have lots to do and make on the carryall and no heat in my home shop . Something has to give on that front .
Good to hear from you .
