Paul,We have a fleet of the 6bta's at work, and when they hit about 6000 hrs the timing gear cover mount always cracks on the drivers side about 3 to 4 inches up from the crank.Is this where the KDP has been the problem? When we fix the crack we always put a new front seal in at the same time. Those are really the only issues we had with these motors. Believe me the boys beat the piss out of these tractors and these things are bullet proof.
