The tap will act as a puller/bolt.

Or use a 'cape chisel' to cut a groove into it. Soft bronze cuts easy. Cut a slot into it, almost all the way through, making several shallow passes. Then tap an awl or a nail in between bushing and crank, near slot, to curl bushing. remove with pliers.
