We're having the same storms batter us up here. Not sure if any of you know of Stanley Park but it's Canada's Crown Jewel. One thousand acres of beautiful first growth parkland....trees that are hundreds of years old & some 250' tall in the center of downtown Vancouver. The wind has devestated the park. It litterally looks like a clear-cut & they say it could take up to a year to clean up. Many of the 4'+ diameter fir, Hemlock & Cedar trees are snapped off half way up the gusts were so severe.
