four bolts each side up front plus an extra bolt that goes into the cylinder on the top. the tailgate hinges each have two bolts. Tailgate center hinge has two bolts on the outside and two screws on the inside. Sides are bolted to the tailgate under bar with the top bolt on each light bracket. A rail carriage bolt also attaches to the tailgate under bar on each rail. There are probably more carriage bolts up front if you still have rails. Not sure about fenders because they weren't there, but I believe they were screws.
