They are like looking for a needle in a, um, tire stack.

Occasionally, I have found a few over the years, but to my knowledge what you are looking for is no longer produced.

Goodyear made a Custom Extra-Grip about 10-15 years ago, priced at $180 each. Firestone and others brands pop up here and there.

You might try calling some truck tire shops and just ask if they have any.

The wheels/tires are like a tractor, more steel than rubber, which makes them very good in most mud conditions.

The down side to these tires is that they wear very quickly when used on the road, they are hard off road on rocks, get chewed up easily.

They look very nice, a vintage off road look
but you could find a better choice of tires with 16" rims.
